1General Terms & Applicability

Criciya is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under an international licence. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Criciya website, mobile app, and all related services.

Criciya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall take precedence.
• Criciya's services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Criciya's services are not available in countries or regions where online betting is prohibited.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on Criciya, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• The name, date of birth, and ID information provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for account verification (KYC).

3Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory for all betting activity on criciya and apply across all sports markets and live betting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, criciya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Criciya is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions during live betting.
• Maximum and minimum bet amounts vary by market and are subject to change.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Security and transparency are top priorities for all financial transactions on Criciya. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum limit varies depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 24–48 hours to process.
• Your withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification (KYC) is completed.
• Criciya may request additional verification for any transactions deemed suspicious.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Criciya's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements and validity period.

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified rollover requirement must be met first.
• If the rollover requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Criciya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Responsible Betting

Criciya believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a habit. We encourage our users to develop healthy, responsible betting practices.

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts.
• Temporary cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion options are available upon request.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account, criciya may proactively suggest a temporary break.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on criciya. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Participating in match fixing or manipulating the outcome of any event.
• Exploiting bonus arbitrage or taking unfair advantage of system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or that of a family member.

8Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any bet or transaction, please contact criciya's customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the incident. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
• You have the right to appeal any decision made by criciya to the relevant regulatory authority.
• Disputes will be resolved based on technical error logs and server records.

9Limitation of Liability

Criciya makes every effort to operate its platform smoothly. However, criciya will not be held liable in the following circumstances.

• Losses resulting from internet disruptions or third-party service failures.
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from user negligence or carelessness.
• Losses arising from third-party links or services.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. Criciya also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for specified reasons.

• Before an account is closed, users will have the opportunity to withdraw their available balance — provided no terms have been violated.
• Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months (no login) will need to be reactivated by contacting us.
